Recent independent research looking into server usage, shows that most file servers are running at less than 20% efficiency. Even for organisations with just a few servers , this is a huge waste of money, both in the initial outlay and maintenance for the hardware and then the electricity required to run power-hungry machines and to keep them cool.

Comprehensive analysis of applications, users, workloads and the underlying IT infrastructure (up to 50,000 physical desktops, laptops, servers and any existing Virtual Machines), then allows us to work with the organisation to design and deliver a custom-built Desktop and Server Virtualisation Solution. At this stage we will also look at ‘what-if’ modeling, to cover any future changes in infrastructure, user numbers, etc.
