OpenText RightFax Archiving Bundles

RightFax Archiving Bundles offer a convenient, cost-effective way to improve accountability, searching, retrieval and compliance.

There are four RightFax Archiving Bundles which enable customers to simply move faxes from their RightFax system to a secure storage repository. The bundles use Alchemy technology, which specialises in the long term storage and management of high volumes of documents. Faxes are moved from RightFax to Alchemy using the OpenText RightFax Archiving Connector.

Bundle Descriptions

OpenText RightFax Archiving Basic Bundle: Provides an integrated platform to quickly and easily implement fax archiving. It includes OpenText Alchemy Advanced Edition, one OCR processor and two search clients.

OpenText RightFax Archiving Standard Bundle: Includes Alchemy Advanced Edition, three OCR processors, and five search clients.

OpenText RightFax Archiving Professional Bundle: Introduces web access for your search users, simplifying remote and mobile access. It includes Alchemy Advanced Edition, four OCR processors, 15 search clients, and web access capabilities.

OpenText RightFax Archiving Advanced Bundle: Adds encryption to enhance security of faxes and metadata. It includes Alchemy Advanced Edition, five OCR processors, 50 search clients, web access capabilities, and database encryption.
