What’s new?

Improved Integration
Hyland are continuing to enhance OnBase’s core functionality with enhancements to integrations. Dedicated ‘connectors’ have now been developed/improved for key applications such as SAP and PeopleSoft. These connectors allow OnBase and 3rd-Party systems to share information more closely than ever before, with real-time back and forth communication – without custom coding.

Improved Mobile Working
With flexibility becoming the watch-word in many organisations, OnBase v11 has improved functionality, including dedicated Smartphone and tablet PC applications, allowing access to company records from anywhere, at any time. Additionally, there is now a fully functioning offline client which allows field workers access to data stored in their OnBase system, without a connection to the network or Internet.

Ease of use
OnBase is moving towards business user configurations; Version 11 has an improved point-and-click Forms Creator module, which will allow users to create new workflows themselves, removing some of the workload from the IT department.

Integrated Capture
Version 11, now has a scan and capture capability built-in, eliminating the need for additional third-party software.
