Automate document input from emails

Collector is an add-on to ReadSoft’s data capture software. It automatically imports email attachments such as invoices, order forms and applications straight into the capture software where information is extracted and interpreted.

Working in the background, Collector detects any attachment (PDF, XML, TIF, PNG, etc.) and immediately transfers it to ReadSoft’s data capture software.

Depending on your settings, your incoming attachment may be ready for approval in a matter of seconds.
As each email is processed, it is removed from the mail server and archived. Consequently, no amount of incoming forms or invoices can cause an overload.
