Bureau Applications

Avanquest Processflows developed the following applications to meet specific demand from our Bureau Partners. These applications have a common benefit, they have been developed to improve the business process, improving efficiency, saving time and money.

Document Server Update |
This application is primarily used by bureau partners to update a Document Server database using a CSV file; allowing the user to match an index field in the text file against a corresponding field in the Document Server database. The application will then look up this field and where matches are found it will update the additional fields in the database. This application currently supports a maximum of eight fields and requires a build station to be installed on the WorkStation. In addition, it will also maintain a list of missing or duplicate records that exist in the database being searched. |
|
Document Server Merge2 – AuMerge

This application is a batch version with the enhancement of the Document Server update program. It allows a folder full of index files to be processed, allowing a larger number of fields to be processed. It also provides the facility to move updated records from one folder to another i.e. from Pending to Processed. |
|
