Marketing and PR Department

ProcessFlows are always keen to explore new methods of marketing and PR and in recent years have embraced the new web technologies to promote their solutions and cases study stories. In addition to working on marketing campaigns with ProcessFlows’ technology and channel partners, the team keeps in close contact with their customer base and the media.

The Marketing and PR people at ProcessFlows:

		Lyn Fairall is the Marketing Manager at ProcessFlows. Apart from a short break, she has worked for the company on marketing and PR since 1988, so she has seen the company evolve through a number of changes. Currently she oversees the Marketing team based at the Winchester head office. Outside of the office Lyn enjoys travel and reading when time allows. She is a Hampshire Ambassador and is keen to promote Hampshire as both a great place for visitors, residents and businesses.
		Alison Hall has been working with ProcessFlows for 10 years. She takes care of the PR side of things – press releases and media relations, as well as writing ProcessFlows’ case studies and assisting with the blog. Her prime aim is to make sure that our latest news, customer wins and opinions are heard. At weekends, Alison enjoys taking her dog for long walks, keeping bees and gardening.
		Loira Byatt is a Marketing Executive at ProcessFlows and has been working for the company for four years. Her responsibilities include marketing to prospects and ProcessFlows’ Partners and liaising with them to develop their own campaigns. She also helps with the website and is Database Manager. She has a Professional Certificate in Marketing and is currently studying towards the Professional Diploma with the CIM. Outside of the office Loira likes to bake and watch films.
		Susie Cornelius is a Marketing Executive at ProcessFlows and has been working for the company for three years. She is responsible for the administration of the marketing department and focuses on marketing to prospects and customers. Susie also deals with press activities such as sending out press releases and manages the company’s social media. Outside of the office, Susie enjoys music, dance and reading.
